Slide Shows and Handouts
Note: I am giving you a set of materials that it took me over 20 years to develop. I do not have to do this. What I expect in return is that you will not have my slide shows in front of you during class. Many of the slide shows contain questions and suggested answers. It is enough that I am giving you a semester's worth of notes. Having answers to questions in front of you defeats the purpose of discussion.
