Dr.
Van Aller is Associate Professor of Political
Science, with degrees from Hamilton College and the University of
Virginia. His research interests include international
security, civil-military relations, political culture, and
environmental politics. He is Director of the Model United
Nations Program at Winthrop, which hosts a regional conference each
year and also sends teams to other simulations in the Southeast.
