Critical Thinking Exercise 1:    Hand in with homework for 2nd test. Typed.

I was watching TV and I saw a NC Blue Cross/Blue Shield Insurance commercial. It said that we would spend more on health this year than we would expect. It quoted the price of $7,000 per viewer (during ACC basketball game).  I guess that the number comes from the attached source.  Based on our discussion of central tendency measures do you agree?  Please provide me with a thoughtful statistical evaluation of their claim.  Are they being misleading?  Please feel free to do additional research to support your typed paragraph response.  A strong answer will show command of measures of central tendency (and Naked Statistics would be plus, chapter 3-4).  Typed paragraph or so.
