SAS Enterprise-is a user friendly interface for SAS that requires no programming but utilizes “point and click” logic.

 

 I)  We are going to read in your SAS code (your program)

 

II)  Run the frequencies in Enterprise

 

III) Learn about Project Designer, Data Tables and Task Lists


IV) Save Project to disk (or retrieve)

 

 

 

1) >open SAS Enterprise

 

>FILE>open>code

>Locale (pick you drive where stuff stored)

>click you SAS file <tall.sas>

>CODE>run (should see frequency)

2) > Project Design (holds process flow for project)

     click the icon for created Data Table
     
     

Note: reformatted your data into spread sheet.
            click sex>right click options to see formatting

 

Note read only: DATA>uncheck read only to make modifications

3) We will run the Frequencies here. But could be any procedure on
 Task List (This Window is initially pinned to the right side of the
 window and looks like a tab. It lists all tasks). To open the task window

 simply move the cursor over the tab.

 

 Together we will be guided through the Procedure by Enterprise.

In task roles (left) for Tasks

Click Report Titles
Uncheck use default text
 Type text for new Title

Click Footnotes
Uncheck use default text
delete text
click run
