No class, but you will receive extra  credit for attending one or both presentations by poet Derick Burleson who lives in Alaska.  He will give a talk during Common time, 11:00 AM-12:00 PM on Thursday in Owens 101.  He will give a poetry reading from 7:00-8:00 PM on Thursday at the Little Chapel .  You will receive  GLI and Cultural Events credit for both events.
