To be
eligible to graduate, a graduate candidate
must complete all course and field experience requirements and
submit a Portfolio containing documentation that they have
successfully demonstrated proficiency in the 7
standards of the National Board of Educational Administration deemed
essential for those preparing to become principals.
An Educational
Leadership committee must certify that the candidate has passed the
cumulative assessment. |

To be recommended for certification, the candidate must receive
the required score (as determined by the South
Carolina Department of Education) on the Educational Administration
Specialty Test of the PRAXIS Examination. |
