Dear Dr Kotser

I plan to do my major projects on a procedures manuel in the Fashion Bug's Authorization and New Accounts departments.
The department is fairly unorganized. Each associate does the work as they feel it should be done. With a standardixed
procedures manuel this will cut out excess work and errors.
