The 2005 conference of the South Carolina Political Science Association will be
held at
Francis Marion University
on Saturday, February 26th 2005
Included in the program are the email addresses of
everyone participating in the program. These are provided so
chairs/discussants may readily make contact with the members of their panel
before the meeting, and so that presenters are sure to get their papers into
the hands of their respective discussants by Wednesday, February 16th,
if not sooner. February 16th is ten days before the meeting, and should
provide ample time for the discussants to read them, provided they are
not late. Please do not put your discussant into the unfortunate
position of having to read your paper in the last few days before the meeting.
Undergraduate students, who are interested in having their
papers judged for the Mary Jean Byrd Award for Best Undergraduate Paper,
should send one copy of their paper to each of the three judges no later
than February 16th as well. Their names and email addresses are listed at
the end of the program.
Please send to me
(DWhite@FMARION.EDU) , as soon as
possible, any corrections that need to be made to the program before the
meeting.
A few other notes regarding the
meeting:
The dress attire for Friday night's reception is
"dress casual."
Coffee, tea, juice, muffins and donuts will be
available all morning in the Leatherman Science Facility, the location of our
meeting panels.
