For this assignment, the team should create a game based on the team’s
design. One team member will submit the finished game (executable and source
code). Each member will submit
the individual assignment
Team Grading:

25 points for a running game

25 points for at least one room per team member

8 points for multiple levels
of play (increasing difficulty), acquiring new skills

8 points for game challenges
(such as monsters or bombs)

4 point for actions that
increase the score or other defined goal

4 points for moving objects

4 points for a background

4 points for sound

10 points for the class presentation

- The team will
present the project to the class on the last regular class day.
All projects must be presented in
class.
- The team should make sure the game files are
submitted through the gp_GameMaker_Project assignment on Blackboard.
Attach both the executable (.exe) and the source file (.gm81).
- Each member will submit the Individual Assignment which
includes the completed evaluation sheet. These evaluations are
confidential.
Team Evaluation.
- To create the executable, click
File then
Create Executable. Save
the file, the file extension will be
.exe. Make a note of where
you save the file. Try running the file by double clicking the name.
Using the same Blackboard Assignment, upload the executable (.exe) and
the source file (.gm81) to Blackboard.
- Place the
executable on a flash drive and bring to class to present.
Do not
create this game using a Mac!

- In GameMaker
language, describe how you transition from one room to the next
room. (10 pts)
