Response 8  Writing 101   Spring 2009

Read  “The Execution of Tropmann  306.   Write an essay explaining how you view your own and/or other people’s responses to violence.

Provide a paraphrase from Turgenev's essay.  

1.  The paraphrase must be of only one sentence and must be one sentence in length.

2.  Provide a citation.

3.  Introduce the paraphrase.

4.  Provide a works cited list.

5.  Provide a photocopy with the appropriate sentence highlighted.

Failure to follow the instructions of 1-5 or any mechanical error in citation or work cited form or any error in the construction of the paraphrase will result in a grade of F for the response.
